currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, where he also heads the Center of Industry Accelerator and Patent Strategy. Additionally, he is the Chairman of the Chinese Venture Capital Association and the founder of the Asia Accelerator Network Association.
