Dr. Leether Yao is a highly accomplished Chief Technical Advisor, with a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, he serves as a Professor and Chair at the Department of Electrical Engineering at Taipei Tech, as well as an Examination Commissioner for Taiwan's Examination Yuan. Previously, he held several key positions in academia and government, including serving as the President of Taipei Tech, the Deputy Minister, and the Acting Minister of Education for the Taiwanese government. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the field of electrical and computer engineering, as well as his leadership skills honed through years of experience in academia and government, Dr. Leether Yao brings valuable expertise and strategic direction to his role as Chief Technical Advisor.
