Dr. Huang, Ching Yao is a highly esteemed Chief Strategy Advisor, with a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University. He currently holds positions as Vice Dean and Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, as well as Director of the Industrial Accelerator and Patent Development Strategy Center at the same institution. In addition, Huang serves as the Chairman of the Chinese Entrepreneurship Development Association and is the founder of both IP Alliance and the Chinese business incubator Association. With his vast experience in academia and entrepreneurship, Huang brings valuable insights and strategic vision to his role as Chief Strategy Advisor.
